What is your refund policy?

Rokin will issue a full refund for any fully sealed Rokin product within 30 days from the original purchase date due to concerns with reselling an open package to the public.  No refunds are offered for filled cartridges, disposables,, or edibles.  For more information or to get a refund please go to our Contact Us page and contact customer support.
