This product and Rokin as a company is awesome! I originally purchased this back in February and have used it since with no complaints. My kitten knocked it down and made the screen pop out a few days ago, and after I contacted Rokin about a replacement, they were quick to respond and even gave me a bit extra! Great chamber vape, great customer service.

I really love this vape, let me just say that right off the bat. Right out of the box it feels good in your hand. It is well made, you can feel the quality. I have had this now for a few months and it really does grow on you. You can tell the person that designed it was really looking at other vape brands shortcomings. For example it has a magnet that holds the mouthpiece on but it also has a small piece that has a thumb latch on the one side so you can easily open it with one hand. The mouthpiece is glass too which is very nice, you get a nice smooth flavorful hit. It holds about a tenth of a gram in the oven and I have heard people say not to pack it down too much. That depends on how dry or wet the herb is. If it is nicely dried you can pack it down without having any issue drawing it. With wetter herb do not pack it as much or it will be hard to draw. You get a feel for it after using it a while. I would say you get about 8 good hits out of one oven full if you have it at the highest temp and set for a two minute session. Lower settings make the flavor better but the feeling is different. You can almost not even feel the vapor going down your throat, sometimes it feels like you are not getting a good hit, but trust me you are (as long as you can taste it) and at lower settings it tastes great. At higher settings it still tastes good and you can feel it going down your throat. Not much bad about this vape. A few things that I would like to mention. When you take the screen out to clean it, it is very hard getting the screen back in the rubber piece. I would even suggest only taking the screen out of the rubber bushing maybe once a week and do it sober. Trying to get that screen back into that rubber piece high can be trying to say the least. I am not saying do not clean it, by all means you can still clean it with the brush or isopropyl, just leave the screen in the rubber piece. Also keep it charged. The light goes from blue which means it has more than 75% battery life left, to green which means less than 75%. When the light gets to red that means you have like one session left. This being said I would say after like two sessions with the light green, charge it up. That is about it. I hope I helped answer any questions.
