You must be careful. Hold it in your right hand with a front facing away. Put your left thumb on the back of the hinge and gently pull back like breaking a stick. Don’t do it too hard or you’ll break the plastic. It’s tough to open it in the beginning but if you can put two empty cartridges or at full cartridges in there the pressure from the springs will push that lid up and make it easier to open. These cases also accept cartridges that have the vape band marking sativa hybrid or Indica. Very nice feature if you want to keep them marked and separate.
